Description

Council is upgrading Redbank Plains Road to a four-lane urban standard between Keidges Road to Kruger Parade, in Redbank Plains. The project is jointly supported and funded through the Queensland Government's Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme (TIDS) and Ipswich City Council.

Status

Construction to upgrade Redbank Plains Road to a four-lane urban standard between Keidges Road to Kruger Parade, is partially complete. The remaining works, which include upgrading the Kruger Parade and Redbank Plains Road roundabout, are anticipated to be complete by the end of the 2028-2029 financial year, dependent on funding in future Council budgets. This important upgrade will provide safer and improved travel for all road users.
