Description

Council is planning the installation of a commuter bikeway from the intersection of Thorn Street and South Street to East Street and South Street, Ipswich

Status

Early planning for the project is complete with design scheduled to be delivered in the 2026-2027 financial year. Early community consultation commenced in March 2022 via Council's Shape Your Ipswich website. Construction will be dependent on funding in future Council budgets.
