Ipswich City Centre Bikeway – Stage 2
Description
Council is planning the installation of a commuter bikeway from the intersection of South Street and Nicholas Street to Roderick Street and Omar Street along Limestone Road, Ipswich.
Status
Early planning for the project is complete with design scheduled to be delivered in the 2026-2027 financial year. Early community consultation commenced in March 2022 via Council's Shape Your Ipswich website. Construction will be dependent on funding in future Council budgets.
