Description

Council is planning to upgrade Toongarra Road in Leichhardt, to a four-lane urban road extending from Old Toowoomba Road to Samford Road.

Status

This project is in the early planning stages, and is expected to move into the concept design phase in the 2025-2026 financial year. Further design progression and construction will be dependent on future council budgets.

What to expect

Design updates will be made available to the community as we progress through the early planning stages.
