Toongarra Road Upgrade
Description
Council is planning to upgrade Toongarra Road in Leichhardt, to a four-lane urban road extending from Old Toowoomba Road to Samford Road.
Status
This project is in the early planning stages, with design planned to be completed within the 2028-2029 financial year. Construction will be dependent on funding in future council budgets.
