5. Ipswich Cultural Heart Project
This briefing provides an update on the Cultural Heart Project being developed to improve the strategic positioning of d’Arcy Doyle Place and its role as a key connecting spine and thoroughfare for Ipswich Central and the next steps to progress the project.
It follows the Healthy Places Healthy People - Ipswich City Walkability Study: Pilot Evaluation briefing to Council on Tuesday 24 October 2023.
This briefing includes an overview of the project scope, draft community engagement material and supporting plans and reports.

Councillor Marnie Doyle arrived at the meeting at 11.29 am.
