Description
Council is replacing the Purga School Road Bridge, Purga.
Status
The road was opened on Friday 5 June 2026. Council will still be in the area undertaking minor works under local traffic control. An anticipated 40km/h speed limit will remain in place through the site. Council would like to thank the community for their patience while we deliver these important works.
What to expect
You may experience full road closures, traffic control on site and an increase of noise from machinery.
