Council is planning the installation of a new footpath on the northern side of Lawrence Street, North Ipswich, between Downs Street and Pine Street. This project is part of the School Transport Infrastructure Program.

Status

This project was completed early February 2026.

What to expect

You may experience changed traffic conditions, delays in access in and out of properties, road closures, detours, slight delays, traffic control, some night works as necessary and an increase in noise from machinery
