Albert St LR 29
Description
Council is planning road pavement reconstruction works (including some kerb and channel replacement) on Albert Street between Rosewood-Laidley Road and 64 Albert Street, Rosewood.
Status
This project has concept design completed and expect detailed design in 2026-2027FY. Construction timing proposed in 2028-2029FY will be dependent on funding in future Council budgets.
What to expect
You may experience changed traffic conditions, delays in access in and out of properties, road closures, detours, slight delays, traffic control, some night works as necessary and an increase in noise from machinery
