5. Draft Ipswich Planning Scheme and Local Government Infrastrucutre Plan Update
5. Draft Ipswich Planning Scheme and Local Government Infrastrucutre Plan Update
This is a report to provide an update in the status of the draft Ipswich Planning Scheme (Ipswich Plan 2024) and the Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP).
The session is intended to be interactive with a combination of presentations on concepts that are being addressed with the Queensland Government at present, as well as a discussion on implementation.
This report is largely a repeat of the most recent officer recommendation regarding the planning scheme as presented to Council in January 2024. Owing to the size of the attachments, the attachments have not be included in this report but have instead been provided at the Councillor sharepoint.
