It’s a warm welcome back to Executive Chef Rohan is back with another episode in this home-grown cooking show.
This month enjoy the first dessert in the series which is bound to appeal to any sweet tooth and sure to be a favourite for the whole family.
Ingredients:
500ml thickened cream (¾ whipped)
4 yolks
3 whole eggs
250g castor sugar
400g dark chocolate
100g butter
3 x gelatine leaves
