Tulmur Place set to host Origin Three
Ipswich residents can ditch the TV to catch the final State of Origin game in the city’s newest entertainment precinct, with Tulmur Place set to show game three of the 2021 series live on the newly installed 6m x 3m LED screen.
Tulmur Place will be ready for revellers from 7pm on Wednesday 14 July, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm.
Mayor Teresa Harding said there was no better opportunity for a great night out with family and friends.
“We have everything you need at Tulmur Place to enjoy the game, including food trucks, a licenced bar, coffee cart, heaters, seating and activities for the kids,” Mayor Harding said.
“Ipswich is the beating heart of rugby league, and our city has produced countless Queensland representatives over the years.
“So grab your warm clothes, a rug and blanket and come down to watch Queensland battle for state pride.”
Alcohol can be purchased from the licenced bar but cannot be brought into the precinct.
