** 1. Ipswich Exceptional Experiences - Tourism Development Program
This is a report concerning the proposed Ipswich Exceptional Experiences Program designed as a cooperative funding initiative to stimulate Ipswich tourism experiences and infrastructure development.
The Program would establish a $50,000 fund from the approved 2020-2021 CCED Operational Budget for Ipswich businesses to access up to $10,000 as a dollar-for-dollar matched investment in the creation or enhancement of local tourism experiences as an extension of the established Ipswich Tourism Operator Partner Program.
The Ipswich Exceptional Experiences Program has been developed in consultation with the local tourism industry, it has been aligned with the governance and guideline frameworks established by similar funding support programs including the Façade Improvement Program and the Small Business Funding Program.

A. That Council endorse the establishment of the Ipswich Exceptional Experiences Program.
B. That a report be provided to a future meeting of the Economic and Industry Development Committee concerning the performance and further potential of the Ipswich Exceptional Experiences Program.

That Recommendation C as detailed below be added:
C. That if the program is successful, Council consider implementing an extension of the program into the 2021-2022 budget.

Councillor Jacob Madsen declared a conflict of interest in relation to Item 2 and the committee resolved that he may participate in the meeting in relation to the matter, including by voting on the matter because there is no personal or financial benefit to the councillor and therefore a reasonable person would trust that the final decision is made in the public interest and due to the fact that the recommendation is in relation to the preparation of an options paper.

This is a notice of motion submitted by Councillor Marnie Doyle concerning the establishment of an Ipswich Central Precinct Plan.

That the General Manager Community, Cultural and Economic Development prepare an options report on the establishment of an Ipswich Central Precinct Plan which considers the economic, community, cultural, development, planning and policy requirements of the area to a future meeting of the Ipswich Central Redevelopment Committee.
