This is a report to support the confidential waste workshop planned for

15 September 2020.

In accordance with section 175E of the Local Government Act 2009 , Councillor Nicole Jonic informed the meeting that she has, or could reasonably be taken to have, a conflict of interest in Item 1 titled Option Analysis and Strategy for Council Waste Challenges.

The nature of the interest is that Councillor Jonic has two (2) brothers who are employed by Remondis.

Councillor Nicole Jonic informed the meeting that she would leave the room if discussions concerning this company arose.
