The workshop is a comprehensive overview of the retail redevelopment with specific focus on the leasing strategy and associated financials. The process for a typical lease negotiation through to lease execution;

· tenancy by tenancy walk through to understand budgeted rents and incentives and branch aspirations;

· lease negotiations currently in progress and associate timeframes;

· Ipswich City Council precinct management – opportunities and resourcing requirements.

The presentation provided to councillors is confidential as it relates to the local government’s budget and contracts proposed to be made.
