This report is to provide an update on the Native Title Claim progress.

Councillors in attendance noted and discussed the information presented on the progress report and timetable of the Yuggera Ugarapul People (QUD 213/2017).
2. iVolve Program Update
2. iVolve Program Update
The iVolve Program continues to progress as Council’s major technology transformation initiative, with active workstreams underway across Human Capital Management (HCM), Asset Management and Safety domains.
This briefing focuses on two key projects within the iVolve Program:
· ElevateHR , which is modernising the employee lifecycle experience but is currently tracking amber due to tight timelines and key resource gaps.
· ElevateAWM , which will be Council’s new asset management platform and is progressing well, currently on track and within budget.
Councillors will receive a visual overview of the new HR platform and be briefed on the organisational changes expected from both projects. The session will also cover the project roadmap, timing, and indicative costs, equipping Councillors with a clear understanding of the forthcoming technology changes.

The Council of Mayors (SEQ) is a regional advocacy group representing the interests of the councils in South East Queensland. Mr Scott Smith, Chief Executive Officer, will provide an update on key decisions, challenges and achievements in recent months.

This is a report concerning an update on the Healthy Land Water membership.
MATTERS ARISING:
Councillors in attendance noted, discussed and raised questions on the Healthy Land and Water membership and a report will be provided to a Council Ordinary meeting for consideration.
5. Capital Investment in Provisional Projects Policy
5. Capital Investment in Provisional Projects Policy
This is a report concerning proposed amendments to the Capital Investment in Provisional Projects Policy and subsequent Procedure.
At the Growth Infrastructure and Waste Committee Meeting held 2 September 2021, Council endorsed the current Capital Investment in Provisional Projects Policy (the policy). The current policy can be referred to in Attachment 1.
To date, the policy has been used to assist Council officers and the elected representatives to identify, scope and deliver Provisional Projects. The policy has not been reviewed and updated for over three (3) years. A recent review has been undertaken and some suggested improvements have been made to further articulate the intent of the policy.
A procedure to ensure consistent application of the policy and funding has been drafted for guidance. The proposed draft update to the policy and the new draft procedure will be provided separately prior to the briefing session.

The meeting adjourned at 10.00 am.
The meeting reconvened at 10.35 am with all councillors in attendance except for Councillors Pye Augustine, Jacob Madsen and Andrew Antoniolli.
Councillor Andrew Antoniolli returned to the meeting via teams at 10.42 am.
Councillor Jacob Madsen returned to the meeting 10.49 am.
Councillor Pye Augustine returned to the meeting 11.12 am.
Councillor Andrew Antoniolli left the meeting at 11.15 am.
Deputy Mayor Nicole Jonic left the meeting at 12.01 pm.
The meeting closed at 12.16 pm.
