1. New Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution and Proposed Incentives Package
This report, and the associated briefing presentation, is intended to provide an opportunity to inform and discuss the proposed new Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution (AICR) and updated incentives package that are proposed to be implemented with the new Ipswich City Plan 2025 (new planning scheme) and new Local Government Infrastructure Plan (new LGIP).

2. RESPECT AT WORK SESSION (MAYOR AND COUNCILLORS)
Ipswich City Council (ICC) is committed to providing a healthy and safe working environment for all employees. It is recognised that employees and councillors sometimes face difficult situations in their works and personal lift, such as sexual harassment and domestic and family violence (DFV), that may affect their attendance, performance at work or safety.

Councillors in attendance noted the information on ‘Respect at Work’ concerning the legislative obligations on proactive prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace presented by Challenge DV.

This is a report providing the Councillor’s an update on the development of Ipswich City Council’s (ICC) Enterprise Risk Management Risk Appetite Statement (RAS).
The ELT at its Confidential Executive Leadership Team Meeting held on
30 September 2024 endorsed the “draft” ICC Enterprise Risk Management Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) (Attachment A10667450) noting that a briefing note be provided to the Councillors requesting feedback on the draft Enterprise Risk Management Appetite Statement (RAS).
The Risk Management Appetite Statement (RAS) was presented to the Audit and Risk Management Committee (ARMC) meeting held on Wednesday, 13 November 2024.

5. Waterworx Partnership Agreement
This is a report concerning the Waterworx Pty Ltd partnership with Council which expires on 30 June 2025. The arrangement with Waterworx Pty Ltd has not been budgeted for in the 2025-2026 draft budget.
