This is a report concerning options for Council in determining its meeting structure.

MATTERS ARISING
Councillors noted and discussed the various options for committee structures including portfolios and standing committees. Councillors considered the presentation outlining requirements for standing committees including consideration of matters concerning the Ministerial exemption for Ipswich Central Redevelopment. Councillors considered the breadth of Council core services and functions and will give further consideration to standing committees.
ACTION: Chief Executive Officer committed to providing further draft information for Councillor consideration.
