The purpose of this briefing is to provide an update on the progress and content of the proposed LGIP 2024. This update includes:
· an update on key network matters;
· overview of the completed Schedule of Works model;
· financial considerations; and
· project alignment with the new Ipswich Plan 2024.

Councillors in attendance noted and discussed the update provided on the LGIP.
Councillors queried what opportunities are available that they can advocate for funding. City Design Manager to circulate a list of potential opportunities to Councillors.

Councillor Marnie Doyle arrived at the meeting at 12.30pm (via audio-link).
The meeting adjourned at 1.02 pm.
The meeting reconvened at 2.06 pm with all councillors in attendance except Mayor Harding and Councillors Jonic and Ireland.
Councillor Jonic returned to the meeting at 2.19 pm.
Councillor Fechner left the meeting at 2.36 pm.
The meeting closed at 3.06 pm.
