Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) requested a briefing to Council to present the additional information requested by the Coordinator General for the draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Calvert to Kagaru project. ARTC also presented an update on project progress and next steps.

DISCUSSION

Councillors discussed a number of possible opportunities and priorities for the City of Ipswich in relation to the hosting of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

KPMG to provide Councillors with refined suggested opportunities.
