3. Capital Program Budget

· Summarising what has occurred and information provided;

· Next steps with Finance and IED in terms of developing the draft Budget;

· Adoption and implementation of the ‘Provisional Project Program’, starting with Thursday’s GIW Policy;

· Receipt of requests from elected reps and assessment of these (either strategic or provisional projects);

· ‘Capital Budget Proportional Split’ briefing, i.e. will require Council’s direction to inform the Draft Budget development;

· Update on ‘Rural Roads Governance Framework’ and timing for this, collation of requested information, e.g. CES requests. Envisaged to be adopted prior to draft budget development for consideration as part of the deliberations
