1. Strategic Planning & Budget Workshop

This workshop is to clarify the strategic direction of Council as we finalise the draft Corporate Plan (2021-2026) and prepare the 2021-2022 Annual Plan which will include the capital and operational programs of work and budget for what will be year one (1) of the new corporate plan.
