This is a report concerning the establishment of an internal City-Wide Programming Group (CWPG) at council that aims to develop a community of practice across roles and sections that undertake public programming activity for the city. This group aims to achieve a more efficient, coordinated and collaborative approach to scheduling and delivery of activations and events.

This is a report concerning the allocation of Council’s Community Funding and Support Programs from 1 January to 31 March 2023.
In the three months from 1 January to 31 March 2023, Council approved 52 applications across 43 unique organisations, allocating a total of $222,943.19 to a variety of community projects and events.
All successful applicants and projects are details in Attachment 1 and also reported online on both the Transparency and Integrity Hub and on the Community Funding and Support webpage in accordance with Council’s principles of transparency and the Community Funding and Support Policy.
